Diane Hoffman

Diane Hoffman is an accomplished User Experience professional with extensive experience in leading UX initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Sullivan since December 2024, Diane previously held the position of Senior UX Designer at Blue State from December 2013 to December 2024, where collaboration with cross-functional teams led to strategic UX solutions for high-profile clients. Prior roles include Director of User Experience at Collective User Experience, where Diane oversaw UX and UI design projects, and User Experience & Information Architecture Lead at Scholastic, focusing on enhancing online shopping experiences. Earlier in Diane's career, positions as Senior Information Architect at frog and User Experience Lead at Modus contributed to a solid foundation in user-centered design, complemented by entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of Bee Square Fabrics. Diane holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture at Syracuse University.
