Sullivan
Richard Bragg has been working as a teacher and coach in Sullivan County Schools since 1996. Prior to that, Richard served in the same role in Dickenson County Schools from 1983 to 1996. With a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from East Tennessee State University, Richard specializes in teaching Physical Education and coaching various sports including football, girls basketball, and baseball. Additionally, Richard also serves as a Technology Coach.
