Erik Teensma

Erik Teensma serves as the Associate Director of Cloud Architecture at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Manager of Technology Portfolio & Programs and Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at Myovant Sciences, where efforts focused on improving patient outcomes in Women's Health and Prostate Cancer treatments. Erik is also a Partner/Investor at The Fizeek Geeks LLC., a telehealth startup aimed at promoting effective movement and exercise. Prior experiences include roles at AwesomeJar Consulting LLC and Upwelling Capital Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management, vendor management, financial modeling, and infrastructure development. Erik holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a B.S. in Biology with a focus on Medical Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, and a certificate from Stanford University’s Summer Institute for General Management.
