Richard McSparin is a seasoned Sr. Design/Applications Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, with extensive experience in designing and overseeing Air Blown Fiber Installations for high-profile projects, including the Duke Energy building and World Trade Center Towers 1&4. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Network Designer at CH2M HILL, where Richard managed significant telecommunications infrastructure upgrades for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and held the position of Senior Network Installer at NCT, focusing on voice and data LAN designs. Additional roles include Senior Network Technician at American Express Health Systems, where troubleshooting WAN issues was a key responsibility. Richard McSparin holds a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute and attended Somerset County Community College.
