Shannon Cook is a versatile professional with extensive experience in voiceover artistry, editing, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at Summers-Taylor, Inc. since July 2023, Shannon has also been a Voiceover Talent at Heyman Talent Artist Agency since September 2020 and operates Shannon Cook Voiceovers, specializing in commercial and web video/instructional narration since December 2019. Previous experience includes a role as a Freelance Editor for Cactus Communications, where Shannon edited manuscripts for non-native authors, and various administrative positions at Coastal Carolina University, managing departmental operations and coordinating cultural events. Earlier in a media career, Shannon was a Marketing Producer and Television News Producer at WMBF, where responsibilities included scriptwriting and news segment production. Shannon began a performance career as the Lead Singer at Spirit Productions Worldwide LTD, performing in live stage shows following completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from Coastal Carolina University in 2007.
