Lauryn Shapiro is an experienced fitness professional and educator with a diverse background. Since September 2015, Lauryn has served as the Founder and Lead Instructor at ILuvFitness, providing in-home personal training and fitness classes. Lauryn has also been an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor at the Summit Area YMCA since August 2011 and at Murray Hill Health & Racquet since January 2015, specializing in cardio-strength intervals and Barre Fusion. Previously, Lauryn worked as the Lead Preschool Teacher at the JCC of Central New Jersey and as Supervisor of Kent Place Kids, where Lauryn managed after-school care and educational activities. Lauryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
