Russ Laster is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial and corporate lending. Since March 2010, Russ has served as Sr. Vice President at Summit Bank, focusing on the management and growth of a commercial/corporate loan portfolio with an emphasis on Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this role, Russ was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at the National Bank of Arkansas from September 2007 to March 2010, and Sr. Vice President at Twin City Bank from August 2002 to June 2006. Additionally, Russ held the position of Vice President at U.S. Bank between March 1999 and August 2002, and began a career in banking as an Associate National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from January 1985 to September 1987. Russ Laster holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Arkansas, completed between 1977 and 1981.
