Wade Boeshans has over 18 years of work experience, including executive and leadership roles in the energy industry. Wade is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Summit Carbon Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at BNI Energy from 2016 to 2021 as the President and General Manager. Before joining BNI Energy, Wade held the position of President and General Manager at BNI Coal Ltd from 2013 to 2016. Wade also worked as the General Manager at BNI Coal Ltd from 2009 to 2013 and as the Operations Manager from 2005 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they served as the Operations Manager at WGI (Washington Group International) from 2004 to 2005 and as a Senior Engineer at Washington Group International (now part of URS Corporation) from 2003 to 2004.
Wade Boeshans pursued their education at North Dakota State University from 1990 to 1995. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
