Laura Kramer

Laura Kramer, DPT, OCS, currently serves as a Physical Therapist at Summit Orthopedics since March 2021 and as a Specialty Operations Manager at HealthPartners since September 2020. With extensive experience at Regions Hospital from September 2008 to September 2020, Laura held various roles, including Outpatient Rehabilitation Manager, where responsibilities included operational support for five outpatient clinics and managing over 100 staff members. As Physical Therapy Clinical Supervisor, Laura oversaw 22 staff and managed two clinics. In the role of Orthopedic Lead Physical Therapist, Laura developed orthopedic protocols and maintained a patient caseload of 32 hours per week. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from LAMP School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.
