Brienne Heinrichs serves as the Chief Financial Officer/Controller at Summit Pathology since April 2024. Prior to this role, Brienne held several financial leadership positions at JBS USA from September 2019 to April 2024, including Head of Finance for JBS Fed Beef and Corporate Controller for the Pork Division, overseeing finance teams, plant accounting, and standardizing business processes. Brienne's experience also includes serving as Live Pork Controller for JBS Live Pork Production, where leadership was provided to a multi-state finance organization, and roles at Cargill in inventory tracking and financial analysis. Brienne holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University and a BBA in Accounting and Computer Science from Fort Hays State University.

We have been serving hospital systems and physician offices in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska for more than thirty five years. With a variety of subspecialties, Summit Pathology offers world class expertise, state of the art disease detection and exceptional customer service. We take pride in providing outstanding general surgical pathology as well as high level expertise in additional areas such as breast pathology, cytopathology, hematopathology (including flow cytometry), gastrointestinal pathology, dermatopathology, transfusion medicine, microbiology and clinical chemistry. Summit Pathology is CAP (College of American Pathology) accredited, and CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) registered.
