Pat Hughes

Pat Hughes has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a significant tenure at Summit Polymers from March 2004 to March 2022, where notable roles included Director of New Business Development and Director of Sales for the GM and Chrysler Business Unit. In the former position, strategies were developed to foster growth through partnerships with major automotive clients such as GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Toyota, and Honda, while also exploring new commodities and manufacturing processes. As Director of Sales, responsibilities included overseeing approximately $400 million in sales and managing a team of three direct reports. Prior experience includes an Account Manager role at Mattarella and Associates from January 1998 to January 2003 and various positions at Chrysler from January 1991 to January 1998, focused on warehousing and logistics.
