Erin Reed is a Front Desk Receptionist at Summit Spine & Joint Centers since July 2022, where responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, copay management, insurance verification, and scheduling. Previous experience includes roles as a Restaurant Server at Druid Hills Golf Club, focusing on customer service and timely order delivery, and as a Restaurant Hostess at Highland Bakery, managing seating and communication among staff. Erin also completed internships at Decatur High School, supporting athletic and attendance office functions. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and a High School Diploma from Decatur High School.
