Carl Cavers has a comprehensive work experience in the gaming industry. Carl is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Sumo Group plc, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Sumo Digital Ltd from April 2008 to December 2017, where they also served as the Chief Operating Officer from June 2003 to April 2008. Carl's experience in the gaming industry extends further back to their role as the European Development Director at Infogrames from 2000 to 2003 and as the Development Manager at Gremlin - Videogames from 1995 to 1999. Carl also has experience in quality management and engineering, having worked as a Lecturer in Quality Management and Engineering at People's College Nottingham from 1992 to 1995 and as a Quality Engineer and Systems Auditor at GEC / Plessey Telecommunications from 1989 to 1993.
Carl Cavers has a Bachelor of Science degree in IT & General Management from The Open University. Carl is also a Systems Practitioner from the same institution.

All three companies have deep relationships with some of the world’s largest video game publishers, developers, platform manufacturers, and entertainment brands, including Microsoft, Sony, SEGA, Apple, Warner Bros., and Marvel.
