Ben Lopez

Benancio (Ben) Lopez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT operations and integration strategy. Currently serving as the External Integration and Operations Director at Sumo Group plc since April 2018, Ben develops and implements integration strategies for merging systems and oversees system deployment in compliance with relevant standards. Previously, Ben was the Group Head of IT Operations, managing a team of over 20 IT professionals. Before joining Sumo Group, Ben held roles including Head of IT Operations at AAG IT Services, where the adoption of the ITIL framework was successfully managed, and IT Infrastructure Service Manager at Telefonica Global Solutions, focusing on service delivery and compliance. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad José María Vargas, a Master's in Software Project Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Universidad del Valle de México.
