Currently serving as the HR Director for India and APAC at Sumo Logic since April 2024, Manasi previously held the position of VP - Human Resources at CropIn Technology, where the focus was on leveraging advanced technologies to enhance agricultural operations. Prior to that, a significant role as Country HR Leader for India & Sri Lanka at Zebra Technologies was undertaken, overseeing organizational development and talent acquisition. Additional experience includes strategic HR business partnering at Avaya, managerial responsibilities at ST-Ericsson, and foundational HR roles at Xilinx and CMC Limited.
