The Company’s business activities are structured into three divisions: Nutrition division, which includes juices, nectars, vegetables and tomato products; Soft drinks segment, which comprises sparkling and non-carbonated beverages, and Water and Beers division. The Company sells its products under various brand names, such as Sumol, Compal, Frize, B!, Um Bongo, Pepsi, Guarana Antarctica, Agua Serra da Estrela and Tagus, among others.
