Piyusha Yardi

Piyusha Yardi is currently a People Operations Assistant at SumUp since September 2023, where responsibilities include providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS (Workday). Piyusha is also involved in designing and implementing HR automation projects and managing content related to People topics on Confluence. Prior to this role, Piyusha worked as a Project Specialist at iCALL from August 2018 to June 2022, overseeing helpline operations, leading a team of counselors, and managing collaborations and outreach efforts. Piyusha is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology at HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, alongside a language certificate from Goethe Institut Indien.
