Gerri Prince Dixon

Gerri Prince Dixon is a seasoned professional in the fields of healthcare compliance and risk management, currently serving as the VP of Enterprise Risk Management & Corporate Compliance at Sun Health since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gerri held key positions such as Healthcare Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer at Denova Collaborative Health from July 2021 to September 2024, where significant contributions were made to implement compliance programs and integrate new federal regulations. Gerri also established a coaching practice focused on supporting women during divorce, and held various compliance roles across multiple organizations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Legal Studies in Corporate and Healthcare Compliance from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, along with a BS in Health Care Management and certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching.
