Darlene Pfohl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Pension, Benefits, and Wellness at Sun Life Financial since January 2005. In this role, Darlene supports leaders in achieving business objectives through talent development, fostering a high-performance culture, change management, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this position, Darlene was the Director of HR Services and Director of HR Business Partner at Sun Life Financial of Canada from January 2000 to January 2005.
