Nicole Montpetit

Nicole Montpetit, currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards Canada at Sun Life since April 2011, has extensive experience in human resources and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include defining and managing total rewards strategies, leading HR business partner teams, and providing data-driven insights to executive leadership. Previous roles at Sun Life include VP of Corporate HR and Employee Relations, Assistant Vice President of HR Business Partner, and Director of Compensation. Prior to Sun Life, Nicole worked at Mercer in various roles, including Senior Associate in the Compensation and Benefits Centre of Expertise. Nicole's educational background includes a Master's degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Glendon Campus of York University, and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic. Currently, Nicole is participating in the Sun Life Executive Development Program at Cornell University.
