Jithu returned to Accenture in May 2012 as a Business Analyst and later became a Consultant, focusing on supply chain and operations projects for pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. In 2014, they joined Sun Pharma as a Manager, Executive Assistant to MD, and gradually progressed to roles such as Deputy General Manager, Executive Assistant to MD, General Manager, Lead - Process Excellence, and Head of New Products & Institutional Business. Jithu's responsibilities at Sun Pharma included new product development, life cycle management of commercial products, and P&L responsibility for the institutional business in emerging markets. Jithu also took on special projects in Western Europe and Australia.
Jithu K J completed their B. Tech degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 2003 to 2007. Jithu then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy & Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, they were an exchange student at HEC Paris.
