Santosh Bari

Santosh Bari has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Santosh started their career as a commissioning engineer at Fadel Foods Company in Syria, where they worked on commissioning utility systems for an oil refinery and solvent extraction plants. Santosh then moved on to GlaxoSmithKline Healthcare Ltd, where they worked in the utility and services engineering department, overseeing the operation and maintenance of boilers. Santosh then joined Harman Finochem Ltd as the Head of Engineering, before taking on the role of Sr. Manager Maintenance and Engineering at Mangalam Organics Limited. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Engineering Department at Sun Pharma, India's leading pharmaceutical company. In this role, Santosh is responsible for 5 streams including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Utilities, and Civil, which encompass API and sterile plants. Santosh manages a team of managers and executives and has implemented cost-saving projects and annual CAPEX planning.

Santosh Bari completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University from 1998 to 2003. Later, they pursued a PGDEM in Energy Management from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology for the academic year 2010 to 2011.
