Kristen Pepper, CUDE, has a diverse work experience in both the financial and retail sectors. Kristen started their career at Ralph Lauren as a Marketing Specialist from May 2004 to June 2005. In 2005, they joined Suncoast Credit Union and served as a Member Contact Center Loan Rep from August 2005 to March 2010. Kristen then moved on to become an MFA from March 2010 to January 2014, and subsequently a Service Center Manager from January 2014 to December 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Service Center Operations at Suncoast Credit Union.
Kristen Pepper, CUDE, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of South Florida. Kristen pursued their education at the university from 2006 to 2011.
