David Kramer

David Kramer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Suncor since November 2017, David has previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Agrium from November 2012 to October 2017. Prior to that, David was an Associate in the Financial Services Practice Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from September 2010 to November 2012 and completed a rotation as a Student-At-Law at the same firm. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing from Queen's University and a Juris Doctor from the same institution. Additionally, David is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Ontario. David's educational background also includes a Certificate in International Commercial Law from the Queen's International Study Center and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and General Business Management from the University of Saskatchewan.
