Justyna Kos-Fairless

Justyna Kos-Fairless is an experienced project director with a robust background in strategic project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Director for the CBR Co-Generation project at Suncor since September 2021, Justyna has also held leadership positions within the company, including Director of Projects for Syncrude Transition and Director of Strategic Projects. Prior to their tenure at Suncor, Justyna accumulated significant experience at Syncrude Canada Ltd. in various managerial roles from August 2008 to September 2021 and worked as a hydrogeologist at Klohn Crippen Berger from 2003 to 2008. Justyna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Haskayne School of Business, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and has studied at Polytechnique Montréal.
