Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent, Learning & Culture at Suncor since June 2019, Karyn previously held various leadership roles at Shell from November 2008 to August 2019, including Senior Change Manager for Canada and HR Director for Refining & Chemicals. Additionally, Karyn was an Associate Professor of Human Resources at the University of Phoenix from January 2007 to January 2011. Karyn holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Calgary, complemented by coursework from Harvard Business School Online.
