Victoria Li

Victoria Li is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Vice President of HR Business Partners and Advisory Services at Suncor since January 2011. Victoria has held various leadership positions within the company, including Vice-President Human Resources Strategic Partners and General Manager Human Resources for Upstream, where accountability includes operationalizing people strategies to support major capital projects, such as the Fort Hills mega project. Prior experience includes roles at Petro Canada, where Victoria was responsible for developing market strategies and leading sales teams, significantly increasing revenues in various sectors. Victoria holds a BA in Applied Science from Simon Fraser University, has completed the Suncor Sr. Leader Experience program at Harvard Business School, and has a degree in Labour Relations from Queen's University.
