Prior to this, Sue held the position of Contact Centre Manager for Bank Lending, leading a team of up to 200 FTE and enhancing customer sales and service experiences. With expertise in change management and a proven track record in driving strong sales and service results, Sue has established a dynamic and engaging work environment throughout their tenure at Suncorp Bank.
