Jeremy Carr

Jeremy Carr is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trading and risk management. Currently serving as Executive Manager of Trading at Suncorp Bank since June 2003, Jeremy generates profits through strategic risk-taking and oversees teams of FX and interest rate traders. Previous roles include Manager of Balance Sheet Management, focusing on interest rate risk management, and Quantitative Analyst Manager, where Jeremy developed the bank's yield curve and an interest rate trading platform. Earlier career experience includes working as an Analyst Programmer at Commonwealth Bank and as a Derivatives Pricing specialist at Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Jeremy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Town and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
