Terry Flett has extensive experience in workforce management and planning, currently serving as Manager of Workforce Management at Suncorp Group since April 2016, where previous roles included Performance Manager for both Suncorp and GIO, Workforce Management Lead, and Workforce Planning Analyst. Prior to Suncorp, Terry worked at Auto & General Services as a Forecasting & Capacity Analyst from July 2015 to April 2016. Earlier career experience includes positions at Stellar from January 2007 to May 2015, where roles encompassed Call & Resource Manager and Scheduling Associate.
