Jaclyn Fullen

Jaclyn Fullen, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Sunday since November 2020, Jaclyn also operates Jaclyn Fullen Consulting, providing HR consulting and advisory services since January 2019. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Pie Consulting & Engineering and IQNavigator, and Director of Human Resources at Centura Health, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to align talent management with organizational goals. At AlloSource, Jaclyn was instrumental in driving employee engagement and optimizing performance through leadership training and talent management support. Early career experience includes working as an Agent at Randstad, focusing on client relationships and full cycle recruiting. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has further education from the University of Phoenix.
