Dimitris started their career as an Electrical Engineer at ASROFOS Engineering S.A., a subsidiary of the Hellenic Petroleum Group, where they worked from December 2006 to July 2008. Since then, Dimitris has been involved in various sales and managerial roles in the energy storage systems sector. Dimitris Panagiotou's education history begins in 1998 when they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Patras. In 2006, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in "Engineering Systems Management" at the National Technical University of Athens, which they completed in 2008.
In 2012, Dimitris attended ITEC Consulting, where they earned a Master Certificate in Project Management. Later in 2018, they furthered their education at IMD, where they focused on Leadership, Strategy, and General Management through the BOT (Building On Talent) program.
More recently, in 2020, Dimitris attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period. Dimitris also completed the Kellogg Executive Education program in Strategic Change Management that same year.
