Sotiris Raptis has a comprehensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing field. Sotiris is currently working at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems as the Head of Operations for Lithium Cell since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Cell Manufacturing Senior Manager from October 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Sunlight Group, Sotiris Raptis spent a significant portion of their career at Procter & Gamble. Sotiris served as the Senior Engineering Manager from August 2015 to November 2021, overseeing various engineering projects. Prior to this, they held the position of Project Manager from July 2012 to July 2015, and Technical Manager from August 2008 to June 2012.

Sotiris Raptis completed their Foundations for Business Leadership at IMD in 2023. Sotiris obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University in 2008. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering and earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Patras between 2001 and 2007. Additionally, they attended Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College - Psychico College, but the years and degrees obtained are not specified.
