Kristjan Endrikson has a background in law and has held various leadership roles in legal and governance positions in multiple companies and organizations, including Eesti Energia and Sunly. Kristjan currently serves as the Renewable Energy Product Lead at Sunly and as a Board Member at Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. Endrikson also has experience in crisis management and security policy.

At the moment of acquisition 4Energia was the biggest renewable energy company in the Baltics. Sunly has local teams in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
