Sunly
Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz served as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Additionally, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023, supporting academic and professional development. Previous experience includes positions at the European Defence Agency, European External Action Service, and the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.

At the moment of acquisition 4Energia was the biggest renewable energy company in the Baltics. Sunly has local teams in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
