Veroonika Mardi is the Chief Accountant of Estonia at Sunly since 2019. Prior to that, Veroonika worked as an Accountant at Nelja Energia AS from November 2012 to December 2018. Veroonika holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Tallinn University of Technology, earned between 1995 and 2000.

Sunly also manages a renewable energy and electrification portfolio of start-ups in Estonia. Sunly was established by 4Energia team after 4Energia shares were sold to Enefit Green AS. At the moment of acquisition 4Energia was the biggest renewable energy company in the Baltics. Sunly has local teams in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
