Lawrence has more than 14 years of experience in investment banking, specializing in M&A and restructurings, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangements and de-listings of public companies, having worked at DBS Bank, Macquarie and BNP Paribas. Lawrence spearheads the group's efforts in capital raising and securing requisite funding. He has a first class Honours Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University as well as CFA and the Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
