Dondre Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. As the Founder and Owner of ALMVGHTY since July 2014, Dondre has created a Kingdom Building Clothing Company focused on uplifting individuals' spirit, soul, and body. In addition, Dondre serves as a Small Business Instructor at Sunshine Enterprises, leading a 12 Week Community Business Academy that teaches essential business skills. Dondre also holds the position of Program Manager and Small Business Consulting Specialist at the South East Chicago Commission, where responsibilities include consulting for an art accelerator program to support local creative entrepreneurs. Previously, Dondre led a team at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, enhancing youths' skills in public speaking and civic engagement, and contributed to brand growth and digital strategy at Basically Bpg Clothing. Dondre holds degrees from the University of Iowa, completed between 2013 and 2020.
