Melissa (Egas) Hann is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in managing diverse media campaigns across various brands. Currently serving as Media Manager and previously Associate Media Manager at Beam Suntory since November 2021, Melissa has developed strategic plans to enhance brand visibility. Prior roles include Strategy Associate Director for multicultural accounts at PHD, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding and managing significant media budgets for clients such as Spin Master, Varo Banking, Hormel, and Kerrygold. Melissa's expertise in ROI-driven planning was honed at Starcom, where involvement in high-budget campaigns for ESPN and Best Buy showcased adeptness in vendor relations and campaign execution. Melissa began a career in account services at The San Jose Group, supporting brand initiatives for Carl Buddig. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication.
