Ramon Castilla Civit is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as PA to the VP Global Talent at Suntory Global Spirits since May 2024, and as PA to the VP of HR & Communications at Beam Suntory since December 2019. Previously, Ramon held positions as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Toys “R” Us Iberia SLU and worked at Pearson for over 13 years in various executive assistant roles, including supporting the President of Spain and Western Europe. Early career experience includes serving as a flight attendant for Alitalia, managing short to long-haul flights. Ramon holds a degree from Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori di Roma in French, Italian, and Spanish, as well as a Bac D from Lycée Français de Rome in Biology, Physics, and Mathematics.
