John Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. John began their career at AT&T as an Advanced Technology Operations Development Coach, where they managed a large team and optimized processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. John then moved on to AirPros HVAC, where they served as General Manager and implemented modern solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Following that, they worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Loan Specialist, processing loans and evaluating creditworthiness. John then transitioned to Sunrun, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Electrification Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Most recently, they worked at ADT Solar as the Senior Director of Business Operations before joining Suntuity as the Director of Operations. John's experience showcases their expertise in operations management, leadership, and strategic decision-making.

John Reynolds attended Ashford University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management.
