Erin Ruth Baker

Erin Ruth Baker, PhD, is a Professor and Lead Research Scientist at the University at Albany, SUNY, since 2016, where responsibilities include creating training protocols and establishing the Human Development Program, serving over 400 students and 45 faculty/staff. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructor and Research Associate at Bowling Green State University from 2011 to 2016, teaching large enrollment psychology courses and conducting studies on violence and cognition. Baker also led longitudinal studies as Project Manager at Morehead State University from 2009 to 2011 and contributed to various research projects as a Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2006 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, an MS in Experimental Psychology from Morehead State University, and a BS in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
