Amy Plotner

Amy Plotner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at the State University of New York at Oswego since April 2013. With over a decade of experience in human resources, Amy manages a budget of approximately $1 million and oversees a team of 13 staff members. Responsibilities include strategic leadership in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration, among other HR functions. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at UW-Green Bay and Human Resources Coordinator at PDQ Manufacturing, Inc. Amy holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
