Tiina Siivola is a Human Resources Specialist at Suomen Lähetysseura (Felm) since March 2023, focusing on employment matters for foreign employees and supervisors, including counseling, coordinating departure and return processes, and assisting with visa and work permit applications. Suomen Lähetysseura on evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon kansainvälisen työn järjestö ja yksi Suomen suurimmista kehitysyhteistyöjärjestöistä ja iso rauhantyön toimija.
