Suono Bio
Giovanni Traverso M.D., Ph.D. is an instructor and associate physician in the Division of Gastroenterology, BWH, Harvard Medical School. Giovanni received his Ph.D. from the lab of Professor Bert Vogelstein at Johns Hopkins University and M.D. at the University of Cambridge. He completed his post-doctoral research in the lab of Professor Robert Langer. His current work is focused on the development of novel technologies for drug delivery through the GI tract.

Suono Bio is developing therapeutic products for inflammatory-mediated diseases leveraging their ultra-rapid and formulation-independent delivery technology. Suono Bio’s platform enables rapid, localized delivery of small molecules, biologics, and nucleic acids, and gene therapies without the need for encapsulation of the therapeutic.
