Por Heng

Por Heng is a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in data engineering, software development, and IT management. Currently employed at Super.com since August 2022, Por Heng previously held a similar role at Sonder Inc. from February to June 2022, focusing on core data model refactoring and data ingestion using Databricks. Prior to this, Por Heng served as a Senior Data Engineer and Senior Fullstack Developer at ruby from June 2016 to February 2022, contributing to the development of BI applications and implementing machine learning models. Early career experiences include serving as Deputy Head of the Department of IT Engineering at the Royal University of Phnom Penh and conducting web development and design research. Por Heng holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland and has obtained a Master's Degree in e-Media from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
