Molly O’Neil

Molly O'Neil's work experience began in 2013 as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Encore Rehabilitation Services. Molly then worked as a Director of Therapy at Select Rehabilitation from November 2014 to July 2018. Following that, Molly became a Program Director at DOUGLAS COUNTY HEALTH CENTER from July 2018 to March 2022. In August 2021, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Superb. Currently, Molly is a part of the Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship as a member of the Pathfinder Cohort 2022.

Molly O’Neil has a Master's degree in Gerontology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Clarkson College, between 2011 and 2013. Molly also holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a focus on Gerontology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, although the specific dates of completion were not provided.
