Lucio Nascimento

Lucio Nascimento has several years of experience in human resources and organizational management. Lucio currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Superbid since April 2022. Prior to this, Lucio worked as the Director of People and Organization at abastece aí, where they successfully built and managed the People team and implemented effective people policies and management systems. Before that, Lucio held various managerial roles in the field of human resources, including positions such as Gerente Corporativo de Recursos Humanos at Ultra and Gerente de RH at Gerdau. Lucio also has experience in compensation and planning, having worked as a Coordinator of Remuneration at Eurofarma and GetNet Tecnologia. Lucio began their career as an Analyst of Human Resources at Claro and IFS. Throughout their career, Lucio has demonstrated their expertise in strategic remuneration, performance management, and HR administration.

Lucio Nascimento pursued an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2011. In 2006, they attended Fundação Dom Cabral for a course in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Lastly, Lucio earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
