Andy Park has extensive work experience in performance and growth marketing. Andy began their career at Trinity Capital, LLC as a Project Analyst from January 2011 to January 2012. Andy then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Eureka Capital Partners, LLC from July 2012 to September 2013.

In 2013, Andy joined Kabam, where they held multiple roles. Andy started as a Business Development Analyst from October 2013 to December 2014. Andy then became a Marketing Manager - User Acquisition from December 2014 to February 2016, followed by a Senior Marketing Manager - User Acquisition from February 2016 to August 2017. In August 2017, they were promoted to Director of Growth Marketing & User Acquisition, a position they held until March 2020. During their time at Kabam, Andy led a team of five in executing user acquisition campaigns and managed a multi-million dollar monthly budget. Andy was also involved in App Store Optimization (ASO), ad monetization, and paid re-engagement. Andy performed user acquisition due diligence for a successful acquisition target.

Currently, Andy is working at Supercell as part of the Performance & Growth Marketing team, a role they started in March 2020. Andy'sresponsibilities include full funnel planning, strategy, and execution on a global scale. Andy is involved in media buying, ad creative, app store optimization, and lifecycle strategies.

Andy Park studied at USC Marshall School of Business from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. In 2009, they also briefly attended the National University of Singapore, focusing on International Business.
