Game Designer at Supercell

Antti Summala started their work experience in 2007 as a staff writer at YouGamers. Antti then became a senior editor at the same company before leaving in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Summala worked at Futuremark Games Studio, where they held the position of Lead Designer. In 2011, they joined Supercell as a game designer, a role that they currently hold.

Antti Summala started their education at the University of Helsinki in 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Translation Studies. Antti completed this program in 2001. In 2002, they went back to the University of Helsinki to specialize in Japanese language and culture, which they studied until 2005. During the same period, they also attended the Japan Foundation Japanese Language Institute, Kansai for a short course on Japanese language, earning a Course diploma in 2003. Additionally, in 2005-2006, Antti engaged in Foreign Language Teacher Education at the University of Helsinki. It should be noted that no specific degree name was provided for these later studies.
